Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston. After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retail centers. Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years. Before joining the Reyes Realty Group, Theresa was employed by Mattress Firm as a Specialist in retail site procurement where she worked with real estate brokers all over the United States to find new locations.
Theresa's main goal as a real estate agent is helping her clients find the home that is suited for their lifestyle. Whether it is first time home buyers, growing young families or retirees looking for that special place to spend time with family, Theresa will give her clients her full attention and knowledge of real estate to find that perfect new home.

Theresa has been a resident of Alvin since 1969. She attended Alvin High School where she met her husband of 37 years. They have two children, who along with their spouses both own businesses in Alvin. When she is not busy with clients, you will find her spending time with her 9 grandchildren. A love of God and family is very important to Theresa.

Welcome to my About Me :) I'm a Houston/Alvin native. Born and raised here with the exception of living in Clearwater, Florida for a few years when I was younger. I graduated from Manvel High School in 2010 then spent a few years at ACC trying to decide what I wanted to do. Started with some basics, tossed around the idea of getting a degree in Business but ended up leaving a certified Pharmacy Technician. I had my daughter not long after and decided to stay home with her! After a few years at home and marrying my junior high sweetheart, I started working as a receptionist for an industrial company in Pasadena until I had our second child. I knew after having our son, I was NOT going back to an 8-5 Monday through Friday job. I knew I wanted to stay ever-present for my family, so I needed something very flexible. My mom had her real estate license at the time and that's when the spark ignited! My whole family helped make it a possibility! The rest is history ;p I want to leave off with a few FAQ/Answers so when you call me to help you buy your home or list it, we can get straight to business!! How long have I been in Real Estate? - Since October 12th 2017, I have been helping families and individuals achieve one of the greatest goals in life, homeownership! Do I work with buyers or sellers? - Both! I have plenty resources for both buyers and sellers to ensure the process is smooth. Do I have referrals from past clients? - Absolutely :) you can find referrals & reviews on all social media, Google, HAR, Zillow etc! How much do I charge? - For buyers, 0. For sellers, it's an agreed upon % of the sales price. How do I get paid? - I get paid at the closing table from the sellers. Do I work with a team? - I am an independent agent but have the support of my whole brokerage. We have over 40 agents with over 20 years experience. I began my real estate career in new home sales. I enjoyed it so much I decided to get my license. Christina is a long-time resident of Alvin. She is an Alvin High School alumni and attended Alvin Community College. She later got married and had 4 children, 3 sporty boys and a ballerina. While staying at home to raise her children, Christina began her baking business and has become well known in the area. She has a heart for helping her community, is involved with her church and has been a Youth Empowering Team (YET) mentor for the past 4 years.
