Friendswood Participating in 2012 Great Texas Warrant Round-Up

The City of Friendswood’s Municipal Court is one of 300 Texas jurisdictions participating in the "2012 Great Texas Warrant Round-Up", which officially begins Saturday, February 25, 2012. While no amnesty is being offered in conjunction with the Round-Up, this campaign presents an excellent opportunity for persons with outstanding warrants to clear them, so that they no longer face the chance of being arrested at any location, including at the defendant's home, school or workplace.

Notices are being mailed to the last known address of defendants with active, pending warrants. Defendants have several options for clearing warrants, including making payments online at www.friendswood.com, calling the municipal court at 281-996-3252, or paying by mail or in person to the Court office at 1600 Whitaker Drive.

The Municipal Court is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 P.M. The Court office will also be open on Saturday, February 25, 2012, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for those persons wanting to clear outstanding warrants.
