The "Buzz" for 2013

Wonderful things are happening in the world of Real Estate! 

I find that when you are a Realtor, it really helps to talk to other Realtors and share your experiences.  You get a really good feel for the market. 

Well, the "Buzz" I'm getting and experiencing lately is good! 

Inventory is low and houses are selling fast!  I have expereinced this first hand in the last few weeks!  Other Agents I am talking with say the same.  

Buyers looking for a "deal" may be dissapointed, low ball offers are not being accepted.  Sellers seem to be sticking closer to their listing prices. 
I am seeing multiple offer situations everywhere!

My prediction for 2013? It's going to be a busy summer!   :)
