Here is Celeste's story in her own words: I've always found my niche working in customer service and problem resolution. Give me a complicated issue, and I will untangle it. After years in the healthcare industry, and the burnout that ensued, I found myself wanting to make a change. I accepted a temporary (I thought) part time job as an admin in a real estate office while I figured out my next steps. However, this industry began to grow on me. I'm not a 'sales-y' person, so I wasn't sure this would be a good fit. What I learned was, while agents do help clients buy and sell real property, this business is so much more about our relationships with people and making sure they get the absolute best without being screwed over. Many of my clients have become my friends and repeat customers and I LOVE helping them and keeping in touch even after the transaction closes. No, I won't always tell you what you want to hear. A longtime resident of the Houston area, Kim Cao has always been drawn to real estate. After starting out in the industry as an Assistant for a local Broker, she would attend college and earn her degree in Advertising with a minor in Global Business. Seeking an opportunity that complimented her entrepreneurial spirit while still giving her the flexibility to be there for her family, she decided to launch her career as a full time agent and the rest is history.



Today, Kim leads the Cao & Co Real Estate Group LLC., where she supervises an elite team to assist clients throughout Houston's Loop and West Side. There, she has cultivated a boutique workflow around values of openness, integrity and compassion for every buyer or seller.



Outside her career, Kim is tremendously active in her community, currently serving as the president of Asian American Real Estate Association. Kim also serves as a member of the Junior League of Houston and organizes many events as the program coordinator for the Vietnamese Cultural and Science Association. When she's not with clients or giving back, she can be found spending time with her dogs visiting the various parks and sites around Houston enjoying all the city has to offer.



Going forward, Kim has exciting plans for the future of her business. As her volume maintains its steady growth, she intends on adding to her team while scaling the standards of service that have set her apart. But above all, she is most excited for the new connections that await in the city she loves.
