“Janet's help with selling my condo was excellent. She was organized throughout the entire process and was always on top of deadlines. In the past I have sold my house, but this was the first time for selling a condo which was different because of paperwork from the homeowner's association being required. Janet was wonderful helping me through this unfamiliar process. Also, when there were problems with the original buyer's financing, Janet took the lead with trying to get everything finalized when she could see the buyer's realtor needed help. After I agreed to extend the closing a couple of times and I could see it was not going to happen again, I opted to move on. In no time Janet presented another contract and this time it was for cash. It took about a week for me to close on the sale with the new buyer. Again, Janet was extremely organized and saw that the closing was flawless. ”
