My love for Real Estate started early watching my Dad turn a distressed property into a beautiful home. As I grew older, I graduated high school and went on to get my Associates degree in Business and obtained my Real Estate license. Over the years that I have been a Realtor in the Houston area, I have become well versed in many avenues of real estate from helping first time home buyers locate the perfect home for their family, assisting sellers in successfully selling their home for the highest amount possible and moving on to their next chapter in their lives, to purchasing foreclosed properties and restoring them to above and beyond their original glory. I have also spent a large portion of my career working with investors both small and large looking to generate rental income, as well as helping renters locate a house within their budget in the areas that they desire. I was not born in Texas but I moved here as soon as I could 22 years ago! I live in the Magnolia area but I have large stomping grounds where I love to work and play in Waller, Grimes, Montgomery, Harris and Galveston Counties. Give me an opportunity to understand your needs. Let me over deliver for you and if I do, then become my client. Prior to real estate I was employed on a fishing vessel in the Bering Sea where I worked 84 hours a week. This experience taught me to persevere through all storms. As a widow, I have turned my pain into my purpose and become a Certified Probate Expert. I have assembled a Team of people to assist my clients with estate sales, home clean out, home repair, lawn care, assisted living, in home care, grief care, attorneys, financial & estate planning, and more! Heather Leidelmeyer is a Real Estate investment specialist who has proven experience in acquisitions, rehabbing and property management. She knows how to assess properties needing repairs, determine the costs to make improvements and get a property ready for a thorough preinspection – a skill at which she excels. Honest, responsive, and hardworking with a focus on the commercial and luxury markets, Heather takes the time to get to know her clients and find out what matters most to them so that she can keep their best interests at heart throughout their transactions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Heather owned a hospitality sales firm for 11 years where she worked with architects and designers in making design decisions on a large scale. She gained the ability to listen to her customers and to address their wants with the appropriate solutions. She learned how to stage properties from working with designers which benefits her clients and gives her an advantage over other Realtors. Later she worked for one of the nation's leading property investment firms. She was the Houston market team leader who was responsible for helping acquire properties, supervising rehabs, and overseeing all management of the properties for the firm's individual investors.

Born in Kansas, Heather has lived in Houston most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Her love for Real Estate began when she worked with a commercial investor and developer when she was in high school. In college, she took Real Estate courses and worked for a commercial property management firm. She officially joined the industry when her husband opened a property management company based in The Woodlands and has benefited from the advice of her mother-in-law who is a successful Real Estate investor.

Heather and her husband reside in Magnolia, Texas with their active teenage daughter and son. She spends most of her free time attending sporting events and cherishing family time.

Born and raised just outside Chicago Illinois, Jordan's story led him to the expansive landscapes of Texas. At the age of 16, his family made the pivotal decision to call Magnolia Texas, home.

Jordan's early years were marked by the exhilaration of playing college football, where he honed skills in teamwork, determination, and discipline. Transitioning from the football field, he turned his focus to a new field of expertise - real estate.

Over the years, Jordan has encountered various markets while successfully serving a diverse range of clients, including buyers, sellers, and renters.
